Diode Temperature Measurement on AIN3, AIN4
If the application requires external temperature measurements using a diode-based sensor, it can be connected
to input AIN3 or AIN4 (Figure 3.22). Both inputs have an internal current source that is enabled with bits
AIN3TMEN and AIN4TMEN in register AINCONF (Table 3.32). The current sources are internally controlled by
the ADC in order to provide two currents with a fixed ratio 1:10. This ratio is used for the calculation of the
temperature based on the measured results.
