4 ZAMC4100 MCU Functional Description
4.1. Overview
The ZAMC4100 features a 32-bit ARM® Cortex™-M0 MCU with following peripherals:
• 32KB FLASH program memory
• 2KB SRAM data memory
• SPI master
• 32-bit timer
• 8 configurable GPIOs
• LIN UART
Note: Since the ZAMC4100 MCU is based on common Cortex M0 core architecture the description below
