DHS is used as a interface from H input pin to software interrupt routines. These interrupt
routines can be used for detection of the frequency of a external sync source. Is set by
the HW and must be resetted by the SW.
DVS is used as a interface from V input pin to software interrupt routines. These interrupt
routines can be used for detection of the frequency of a external sync source. Is set by
the HW and must be resetted by the SW.
