This field is the line number at which to capture
the timestamp when Line Start mode is
enabled. For proper operation, the line number
should be set to a value greater than 1.
During Frame Start mode, if TS_FREERUN is
set, the TS_LINE value is used to determine
when to begin checking for Frame Start
