Matched Data Filter
The CIC Filter together with the DC-offset canceller (realized as differentiator) is a
matched filter for one manchester coded bit.
The Matched Data Filter has two major tasks: to reconstruct Manchester-coded data of
the correct data rate, and to deliver a “quality” value, the so-called ASKNP value.
