General Purpose RAM
In the F0830 Series, the 000–EFF hexadecimal address range is partitioned for general-
purpose random access memory, as follows.
Hex Addresses: 000–0FF
This address range is reserved for general-purpose register file RAM. For more details, see
the Register File section on page 14.
Hex Addresses: 100–EFF
This address range is reserved.
