The interrupt controller (INTC) ascertains the priority of interrupt sources and controls interrupt
requests to the CPU.
6.1 Features
• 16 levels of interrupt priority
• NMI noise canceler function
• Occurrence of interrupt can be reported externally (IRQOUT pin)
