If the LB indication bit of an LB cell is equal to 1 and an LB location ID of the LB cell is equal to
the network element ID (LB location ID match) the loopback indication flag is set to 0 and the LB
cell is looped back (loopback point, see ILJXUH , marker ó). Additionally the unchanged LB
cell is forwarded to the terminating segment point. This cell is looped back at the terminating
segment point (see ILJXUH , marker ì). If the LB location ID flag is disabled or an LB location
ID mismatch occurs the LB cell is forwarded to the terminating segment point (see ILJXUH ,
marker ú )
