4.1 MC9S08GB/GT Memory Map
As shown in Figure 4-1, on-chip memory in the MC9S08GB/GT series of MCUs consists of RAM,
FLASH program memory for nonvolatile data storage, plus I/O and control/status registers. The registers
are divided into three groups:
• Direct-page registers ($0000 through $007F)
• High-page registers ($1800 through $182B)
• Nonvolatile registers ($FFB0 through $FFBF)
