This field specifies the action to be taken when the counter matches
comparator B while counting down.

0x0 Do nothing.
0x1 Invert pwmA.
0x2 Drive pwmA Low.

This field specifies the action to be taken when the counter matches
comparator B while counting up. This action can only occur when the
MODE bit in the PWMnCTL register is set.
