This register indicates the revised edition number of the Open HCI Specification. “01h” is indicated in the ver-
sion field and “10h” in the revision field. Normally “1b” is indicated in the GUIDE_ROM bit because the data in
the GUIDE ROM are loaded automatically with the Global Unique ID register.
