8.7. Device Activation
When activating the MB86613S device, software needs to take the following steps :
1) Execute hardware reset.
2) Initialize the device internal registers.
3) Enable the LINK, by setting HCControl.linkEnable bit.
4) Execute the bus reset, setting IBR bit of PHY register.
