3.1.11. MEM Base Address
This register specifies the base address for the Open HCI and debug registers’ space used for memory com-
mand. When the debug register is enable the base address is defined in 4096- byte boundary. The first
4096- byte space is used for the Open HCI register and the second 2048- byte for the debug register.
