Set ”1h” if there is the next descriptor to be processed.
Set ”0h” if there is no descriptor next.
For packet- per- buffer mode :
Set the number of descriptor to be processed next. Only ”Z” field in
INPUT_LAST command is valid.

Set ”1h” to ”8h” as the number if there is (are) descriptor(s).

This field indicates the transfer result (status) every packet stored in the
memory, following the IRContextControl register format. However, for
