9) In order to avoid an additional error due to incomplete sampling, the sampling time shall be set greater than 5 * R_CSD * C_AINS.
10) The pull-down resistor R_PDD is connected between the input pad and the analog multiplexer. The input pad
itself adds another 200-Ohm series resistance, when measuring through the pin.

12) Note, that in case CSD voltage is chosen to nom. 1/3 or 2/3 of V_AREF voltage, the reference voltage is loaded with a current
of max. V_AREF / 45 kOhm.
