Interrupt request for the ERC unit. Set together with a Command ID
to start the request.
In case of write access the address and the data word must be
written to the corresponding registers ERCMB1 and ERCMB2
before.
In case of read access the address has to be written only. The data
word can be read from ERCMB2 if the ACK flag has been set.
