Ethernet MAC gates the RX Clock, TX clock derived
from the Internal PHY. The EPH Clock is also
disabled.
10 The Ethernet MAC is now in low power mode. The

1 ISSUE ALLOCATE MEMORY FOR TX - N BYTES -
