Note 1) Gate outputs in non-lit drive area can be controlled by off-scan mode (with PTG bits).
Note 2) The operation halt of grayscale amplifier and the slowdown of step-up clock frequency are valid only
to the non-display area.
Note 3) When DC[4:3]=2’h3, the frequency of step-up clocks in the non-display area are not slowed down
half even if PTS[2:0] is set to 4, 6 or 7.
