19.3.3 Baud Rate
With a 9.8304 MHz canned oscillator and the PTC3 pin high during reset, data is transferred between the
monitor and host at 9600 baud. Table 19-9 lists external frequencies required to achieve a standard baud
rate of 9600 BPS. Other standard baud rates can be accomplished using proportionally higher or lower
frequency generators.
