16.2.3 Port B Port Registers H and L (PBPRH and PBPRL)
PBPRH and PBPRL are 16-bit read-only registers that always return the states of the pins
regardless of the PFC setting. Bits PB16PR, PB5PR, and PB3PR to PB1PR correspond to pins
PB16, PB5, and PB3 to PB31, respectively (multiplexed functions omitted here) in the SH7125.
Bits PB5PR, PB3PR, and PB1PR correspond to pins PB5, PB3, and PB1, respectively
(multiplexed functions omitted here) in the SH7124.
