0 = 1/3 Bias mode (do not set this bit to ‘1’)
LCDA: LCD Active Status bit
1 = LCD driver module is active
0 = LCD driver module is inactive
WA: LCD Write Allow Status bit
1 = Write into the LCDDATAx registers is allowed
0 = Write into the LCDDATAx registers is not allowed
