8-bit data storage in FIFO. Default: 0
(0: disable MSByte only memorization in FIFO for XL and Gyro;
1: enable MSByte only memorization in FIFO for XL and Gyro in FIFO)

Fourth FIFO data set decimation setting. Default: 000
