Important Note
Typical values for quiescent supply current are now specified at nominal voltage, 125°C junction temperatures (Tj). Xilinx
recommends analyzing static power consumption at Tj = 125°C because the majority of designs operate near the high end
of the temperature range. Data sheets for older products (e.g., Virtex-4QV devices) still specify typical quiescent supply
current at Tj = 25°C. Use the Xilinx Power Estimator (XPE) spreadsheet tool (download at http://www.xilinx.com/power) to
calculate static power consumption for conditions other than those specified in Table 4.

Notes:
1. Typical values are specified at nominal voltage, 125°C junction temperatures (Tj).
2. Typical values are for blank configured devices with no output current loads, no active input pull-up resistors, all I/O pins are 3-stated and floating.
3. If DCI or differential signaling is used, more accurate quiescent current estimates can be obtained by using the Xilinx Power tool.
4. Maximum ICCINTQ is 8A, specified at maximum VCCINT and 125°C junction temperature (Tj).
