Figure 13 on page 29 also shows the corresponding AC V_CM common-mode signal.
Differential skew between the V_oa and V_ob signals can cause spikes in the common-
mode, which the receiver needs to be able to reject. V_{CM_AC} is measured as the absolute
peak deviation from the mean DC V_CM common-mode.

Figure 14 defines the eye mask for the transmitter. 0.5 UI point is the instantaneous
crossing point of the Clock. The area in white shows the area Data is prohibited from
crossing into. The eye mask also defines the minimum eye height, the data t_pre and t_post
times, and the total jitter pk-pk +mean skew (t_TJSKEW) for Data.
