Please note the following when ordering HD404668, HD4046612, HD40A4668, or HD40A46612 ROM.
On ROM out, fill the ROM area indicated below with 1s to create the same data size as a 16-kword version
(HD404669, HD40A4669). A 16-kword data size is required to change ROM data to mask manufacturing
data since the program used is for a 16-kword version.
This limitation applies when using an EPROM or a data base.
