Fully Integrated Single Motor Controller for Electrical Motors
The unit includes a PWM generator that can be used to generate frequencies in a range of
5~150kHz. A hardware-based pseudo random number generator can be used to generate a
spread-spectrum PWM signal. The PFC controller is able to set an interrupt line to indicate errors
to the MCU. A hardware-based counter with an adjustable increment can be used to form a phase-
locked signal that is synchronous to the mains frequency.
