Selects the input source for the OSC. The values are:

Main oscillator
0x1 PIOSC
Precision internal oscillator
(default)
0x2 PIOSC/4
Precision internal oscillator / 4
0x3 30 kHz
30-kHz internal oscillator
For additional oscillator sources, see the RCC2 register.
Software should not rely on the value of a reserved bit. To provide
compatibility with future products, the value of a reserved bit should be
preserved across a read-modify-write operation.
Precision Internal Oscillator Disable
Value Description
1 The precision internal oscillator (PIOSC) is disabled.
0 The precision internal oscillator is enabled.

Main Oscillator Disable
Value Description
1 The main oscillator is disabled (default).
0 The main oscillator is enabled.
