Reset: RES
The RES signal controls reset operation for device. When power on and power off, keep pin VILD level
(VSS ± 0.2V), and keep pin VIHD level (VCC ± 0.2V) during program, erase, read operation.
The transition to deep standby mode is executed when RES set VILD level during standby mode.
Power on auto Read Enable: PRE
The PRE controls auto read operation executed during power-on. The power-on auto-read is enabled when
PRE pin is tied to VCC. Please contact Renesas Technologyâs sales office before using the power-on auto-
read.
