8.11.2.3 Fan Output Style Control (FanCtrl)
The FanCtrl1/2 decides the Fan output style. There are several output styles available in W83793G,
which are OD mode(Open-Drain), OB mode(Ouput-Buffer), and DC mode(DAC output). Default all
fans outputs are set to OD mode.

is configured with OB mode
