DESCRIPTION
Set one restores power on default value to all registers
except the Serial Bus Address register. This bit clears itself
since the power on default is zero.
Set 0, IRQ output level signal. Set 1, output pulse signal.
Default is 0, but when set the IRQ as pulse output, it become
to low pulse.
When set to 0, IRQ active high. Set to 1, IRQ active low.
Default is 0.

3 INT_Clear

A one disables the SMI# and IRQ# outputs without affecting
the contents of Interrupt Status Registers. The device will
stop monitoring. It will resume upon clearing of this bit.
Note: The outputs of Interrupt pins will not be cleared if the
user writes a zero to this location after an interrupt has
occurred unlike "INT_Clear'' bit.

A one enables the IRQ Interrupt output.

A one enables startup of monitoring operations; a zero puts
the part in standby mode.
