AC inputs during testing are driven at V_{C C} – 0.5 V for a logic '1' and 0.45 V for a logic '0'.
Timing measurements are made at V_{I H min} for a logic '1' and V _{I L max} for a logic '0'.
Data Memory Write Cycle
For timing purposes a port pin is no longer floating when a 100 mV change from load voltage occurs and
begins to float when a 100 mV deviation from the load voltage V _{O H}/V_{O L} occurs. I_{O L}/I_{O H} ≥ ± 20 mA.
