connectors with improved sealing
• Completely environmentally sealed with contact seals,
gaskets, wire seals and insert-to-shell seals
• Special design enhanced with RADSOK contacts in the plug
instead of standard rear release crimp contacts
• All the shell styles and finishes of the Matrix 5015 family are
available, including firewall styles and non-decoupling styles
RADSOK contacts provide high amperage capability with minimal
voltage loss and low insertion forces.
The RADSOK contact has a hyperbolic, stamped grid configuration
with the socket circular. As a male pin is inserted, axial members in the
female socket deflect, enabling high current flow across the connection
with minimal voltage loss.
