DT_LONG_ACOUSTIC_ATTACK_TC
Acoustic long term power estimation’s attacking time constant.
This field defines the inertial delay utilized for the long term acoustic power estimation. Raising the value of this field reduces the inertia
and will make the estimation more responsive whilst lowering the field will cause the power estimation algorithm to be less responsive to
bursts of energy on the acoustic.

DT_ACOUSTIC_HANGOVER_TIME
This field defines the inertial delay of the double talk detection algorithm for acoustic side.
Following the detection of the double talk condition there is a programmable inertial delay (in PCM sample periods 125us) following the
disappearance of the double talk condition. For the duration of this delay period the double talk condition is assumed to remain. If double
talk does not reappear during this window then the echo cancellation unit will revert back to acoustic training mode.
