• 27.648MHz four cycle 8032 MCU
• Support external Flash and easy transfer to low cost Mask ROM production
• Universal Serial Bus (USB) v1.1 compliant device controller and PHY, capable of full speed communication (12MHz) with up
to 5 configuration end –points
• 8KHz voice sampling rate and 16bits of ADC/DAC
• Support AEC/AGC for on-chip speaker phone support
• Support Keypad function
