1: CTLE adaption state machine will use the alternate FoM
HEO_ALT = (HEO-B)*A*2 VEO_ALT = (VEO-C)*(1-A)*2
The values of A,B,C are set in channel register 0x6B, 0x6C, and
0x6D. The value of A is equal to the register value divided by 128.
The Alternate FoM = (HEOB)* A*2 + (VEO-C)*(1-A)*2
This feature is reserved for future use.
