Cell values are output as 13-bit signed integers with the 14th bit (MSB) denoting the sign, (e.g., positive full
scale is 14âh1FFF, 8191 decimal, negative full scale is 14âh2000, 8192 decimal). VBAT is a 14-bit unsigned
integer.
