Functional Description
The mode registers are loaded via inputs A0 - A12
(see mode register descriptions in Chapter 3.2). The
MODE REGISTER SET command can only be issued
when all banks are idle and no bursts are in progress.
A subsequent execucommand cannot be issued until
t_MRD is met. The command may be issued to both
chips in parallel (CS0 = CS1 = 0).
