7.3.6.1 Miller Charge (QGD)
When a FET gate turns on, the following capacitances must be charged:
• Gate-to-source charge, QGS
• Gate-to-drain charge, QGD (Miller charge)
• Remaining QG
The FET output is slewing primarily during the QGD charge.
