R4 and R4DD Register: R4 is an 8-bit CMOS bidirectional I/O
port (address 0C4_H). Each I/O pin can independently used as an
input or an output through the R4DD register (address 0CC_H).
After Reset, R4 port is used as LCD segment output
SEG0~SEG7. To use general I/O ports user should be written ap-
propriate value into the LPMR (0F3_H).
