Fractional Mode B, 20 kHz bandwidth Loop Filter. Spur at 200kHz due to RF signal at 8GHz + 200kHz, spur at 100kHz due to prescaler input at
4GHz+100kHz. Reference feedthrough spur at 100 MHz offset.
