2. Pin Functions in PROM Mode
V_PP:
Applies the on-chip PROM programming voltage (12.5 V ±0.3 V).
CE:
Inputs a control signal to set the on-chip PROM to the write/verify enabled state.
OE:
Inputs a data output control signal during verification.
A₀ to A₁₄:
On-chip PROM address input pins.
O₀ to O₄:
On-chip PROM data bus I/O pins.
As there are two each of pins O₀ to O₄, the respective pairs should be shorted.
M₀, M₁, RESET, TEST:
PROM mode setting pins. PROM mode is set by driving the M₀, M₁, and RESET pins low (or by driving
the M₀, and RESET pins low in the HD4074869), and driving the TEST pin to the V_PP level.
Other pins:
V_CC, AV_CC, R7₀/AN₀, R7₁/AN₁, OSC₁, V₀, and V₁ should be connected to V_CC potential.
GND, AV_SS, and X1 should be connected to GND potential.
Other pins should be left open.
