CMS: Selects the output shift direction of a common driver. When CMS = 0, COM1 shifts to COM176.
When CMS = 1, COM176 shifts to COM1.
n SGS: Selects the output shift direction of a segment. When SGS = 0, SEG1 shifts to SEG396 and
