(0x12) Sniff Control Register
This register selects the sample rate for SNIFF mode and the clock rate for STANDBY mode.
NOTE: The power mode bits referenced in 0x1C are different than for the WAKE rates.
NOTE: Software must always write 0 to bit 4.
