The other description is the same as that of the 7733 Group. Therefore, refer to part 1:

RDE’s level is “L” in the data read period of
the read cycle.
Input The level of a signal which is input to this
pin may be “H” or “L.”
Input The signal which is input to this pin
determines the external bus mode. When
this signal’s level is “H,” external bus mode
A is selected; when this signal’s level is “L,”
external bus mode B is selected.
