This subsection provides electrical specifications and timing definitions
for the UHF transmitter module.
17.9.1 UHF Module Electrical Characteristics
Unless otherwise specified:
• V_CC = 3 V
• R_EXT = 12 kΩ
• Operating temperature range (T_A) = –40°C to 85°C
• RF output frequency: f_Carrier = 433.92 MHz
• Reference frequency: f_Reference =13.56 MHz
• OOK modulation selected
• Output load is 50 Ω resistor (see Figure 17-4)
Values refer to the circuit shown in the recommended application
schematic (see Figure 16-4. Application Schematic in OOK
Modulation, 315-MHz and 434-MHz Frequency Bands).
NOTE:
Typical values reflect average measurement at V_CC = 3 V, T_A = 25°C.
Electrical characteristics shown at 125°C are for information only. These
values have not been tested.
