PLL Tuned UHF Transmitter Module
16.2 Introduction
This section describes the integrated radio frequency (RF) module. This
module integrates an ultra high frequency (UHF) transmitter offering
these key features:
• Switchable frequency bands: 315, 434, and 868 MHz
• On/off keying (OOK) and frequency shift keying (FSK) modulation
• Adjustable output power range
• Fully integrated voltage-controlled oscillator (VCO)
• Supply voltage range: 1.9 to 3.7 V
• Very low standby current: 0.5 nA @ T_A = 25°C
• Low supply voltage shutdown
• Data clock output for microcontroller
• Low external component count
Architecture of the module is described in Figure 16-1.
