Description
Software should not rely on the value of a reserved bit. To provide
compatibility with future products, the value of a reserved bit should be
preserved across a read-modify-write operation.
Organizationally Unique Identifier[21:6]
This field, along with the OUI[5:0] field in Management Register 3,
makes up the Organizationally Unique Identifier indicating the PHY
manufacturer.
