following information:
■ The first line indicates the part number. In the example figure below, this is the LM3S6965.
■ The first seven characters in the second line indicate the temperature, package, speed, and
revision. In the example figure below, this is an Industrial temperature (I), 100-pin LQFP package
(QC), 50-MHz (50), revision A2 (A2) device.
■ The remaining characters contain internal tracking numbers.
