Accelerometer interrupt output signal. Default value: 0
(0: no interrupt has been generated; 1: one or more interrupt events have been gener-
ated)
Gyroscope interrupt output signal. Default value: 0
(0: no interrupt has been generated; 1: one or more interrupt events have been gener-
ated)
Inactivity interrupt output signal. Default value: 0
(0: no interrupt has been generated; 1: one or more interrupt events have been gener-
ated)
Boot running flag signal. Default value: 0
(0: no boot running; 1: boot running)
Temperature sensor new data available. Default value: 0
