Description
The VS6724 is a UXGA resolution CMOS imaging
device designed for low power systems,
particularly mobile phone applications.
Manufactured using ST 0.18 µm CMOS Imaging
process, it integrates a high-sensitivity pixel array,
digital image processor and camera control
functions.
